Your telegram 6th June I suggest that Bacteriologist should be paid £600 to £1000

as recommended in paragraph 3 my despatch 1st

May and that as recommended by salaries commission he should pay 60 dollars for house rent Government making up the balance in accordance with rules forwarded with Governors Confidential Despatch September 10th 1917. Conveyance allowance is

270 dollars per annum.
